Emerald Riesling | Israel

Emerald Riesling is a cross of Riesling and Muscadelle first made at the University of CA Davis, in 1936. Variety produces white wine that is known for its high acidity (a Riesling trait) and grapey flavor (inherited from Muscadelle). It is a light-bodied off-dry wine with floral aromas.

Hallmark aromas of red cherry, strawberry, black tea and notes of tanned leather. The inviting aromas lead to a juicy palate where the red fruit flavors ring true along with touches of allspice.

Montepulciano | Italy

Zingara is big – leading one to think it spent some time in oak. Not the case: this all stainless production shows off the power and character of Montepulciano with intense aromas and red fruit and spics. Palate is full, dry and harmonious with pleasant tannins.

Randolph’s Red

Red Blend | Columbia Washington

A very rich and balanced Merlot along with lively and nuanced Cabernet Sauvignon. Touch of Syrah is not classic, but adds a really nice lift. Black cherry, currant with a touch of cedar. 58% Merlot, 39% Cab, 3% Syrah.
